For those employees interested in specific training to further their professional and technical skills, we offer a 3-week education program held at our headquarters in France. This program covers the basics of RBourgeois values and business philosophy along with specifically tailored training in a variety of fields that can be adjusted depending on personal need and interest. At the end of this intensive program, the student will be rewarded with an official internal certificate or diploma from the RBourgeois Academy.
